Apts. are one block from the beach ! Pool, jacuzzi, large laundry room, gated entrance, sauna & workout room. Very nice place & friendly neighbors !
I live there for seven years. It’s falling apart, bubbling paint on every wall outside of the complex rundown and the new management is lackadaisical the owner super cool but he doesn’t maintain the place very well at all and he’s charging a boatload of money. Be careful there is mold issues everywhere inside of these rooms this is the truth go look for yourself !!! You must go inside and look before you rent.
