Had to have our very old dryer repaired. This was during the beginning of the pandemic about 2 years ago. Had a hard time finding someone to come out. The repair man from Sandpoint was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was expecting the cost to be higher than it actually was. I am in need of replacing the dryer now and I plan on checking with Sandpoint.
The gentlemen who took care of us in store and at home where very respectful and timely with their install and professionalism. I tried to help with what I could to make it easier on their install and they worked with me on how I wanted things moved around. Everything works after their inspection and everything is in perfect order. When I need the remainder of our appliances they will be who I call.

Karen gave great customer service & Mike our technician was absolutely amazing. Kind, curteous and caring. As for a technician he was equally as great! He wasted no time and got us back up and running with dry clothes within no time at all! Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of the work was superb. Thank you Sandpoint tv & appliance!!!!
We shopped around Fort Wayne with a specific refrigerator in mind. We shopped the big box stores and finally went here last. Not only did they have the best price, they actually included delivery/setup/take away of the old one as well as a part of the price when others did not. They were friendly, not pushy at the store whatsoever, and did a great job with the install/removal making sure everything was perfect before they left. Can't ask for anything more.
