On Monday, June 15, I stopped at the Sandpiper on my last night in Idaho Falls and had an amazing dinner. I cannot remember my server's name, but my receipt said Peanut. I arrived very close to closing, which I know most restaurants hate, but the server was impeccable. She knew the menu, did not rush me. The food was also perfect. I have lived in Los Angeles and Las Vegas so I know good restaurants and it's been hard to find eateries here that live up to my standards : we think the Sandpiper is top notch! The food is always fantastic, the servers are very attentive and friendly and the interior and exterior has had some cosmetic updating recently so it's looking very nice as well! Great choice for special occasions, dinner dates or anytime you want an awesome dining experience. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
Really good food. Great folks who work here. During this Covid-19 they are still open for takeout orders which is great.
For many of us in East Idaho, this place is the classic standard-bearer of a place for a date or an event. Food was well done and service was attended well.
Great food and atmosphere
So much good food and good drinks! Prime rib was delicious. My friends loved their clam chowder. It was all so good!
