FIRST - Do not let your agents make financial promises they don’t intend to keep. Don’t use “Bait and Switch” tactics to secure listings. Encourage agents to be professional and stay involved throughout the whole transaction, not just show up for an open house and go AWOL. Align with better escrow partners – not PURE LOGIC in Tustin (Error filled escrow contracts and poor communication throughout). We are still furious about the rebate we were promised but never received!
