On time, kind and honest!!!!
Sandpiper Heating and Air installed our HVAC and ductwork just before we bought our home in NMB. The system works great, both heat and AC, and does it efficiently. We use Sandpiper to service our unit regularly (2xyear) and they keep it running in tip top shape. In July, our unit stopped cooling and a tech came within a couple of hours and got us cool again. He had the part on the truck and the price and timeliness for emergency service was excellent. Highly recommend.
I was a Sandpiper client for 10 years - carried a service contract, purchased two systems from them. July 1st called them to say the upstairs AC was not working. They came the same day and fixed the problem, so they thought. Tuesday they came back out and diagnosed a new problem which required ordering parts. Parts came Friday, but they said they were too busy to come out and finish the repairs. My guest and I suffered through 7 days of no AC in half of the house.
