RecommendedWe've used Sandpiper for our HVAC since they replaced our dead unit in 2011. Needed them Saturday after the storm damaged our unit and they came out in the rain to look at it. Parts replaced today and the unit is running great again. Can't ask for better service than that!

This winter I replaced my HVAC system and the dehumidifier didn’t work properly (not their fault—it came defective from the supplier). They replaced it right away with no questions asked and it all works great now! Best service ever!
Sand Piper techs are amazing! They're always honest about what you need and when you will need it. They don't take advantage of your lack of knowledge for the system( actually you have a better understanding of your system after they break things down for you to truly understand) and they really don't charge you unless it's absolutely necessary. Regular customer. AC went down overnight. Called @ 8AM. Service tech Steve was in the area and here within the hour. Replaced a bad capacitor and back up by 10AM. Given the heat and the amount of suspected service calls, the fast and courteous service provided by the office staff and Steve was exceptional. Thank you Sandpiper.
Just had a service rep out to fix the air and was expecting a huge bill. He said it was a simple repair that was covered and I only had to pay the diagnostic fee! Appreciate the honesty and will call them again when needed.
