Really disappointed by the billing and customer support department who deducted my money without telling me and I informed them about my move Now not giving me the refund and apporx one month has gone no correspondence and response from the customer support department who Avoid this company Its a totally scam
I’d give a lower rating if I could, absolutely abysmal the way this company manages the confidential information of clients. Two- three weeks prior to moving in to the unit that uses this company I provided my banking information. They did not process the payment and started calling like a bunch of creditors and sending past due notices in the mail. You're going to need a 2nd opinion to ensure services were actually installed lol. Apparently the company likes to pretend they install stuff and then charge you for years hoping you won't catch it. UNLESS you go to the news, then they will refund your money back WITHOUT interest.
