This company is horrible. They cheat you into 15 year water heater leases you can’t get out of. If you hear their name run asap!
I wish there was a zero stars. Do not do anything with this company. Threatened to send to collection for 1.86, meanwhile there is 3.73$ credit on my account. I have been asking for years for them to tell me when this stupid contract is over and of course never get an answer from anybody. They just had a lawsuit against them for putting leans on houses .
We had a rental waterheater contract that was attached to the house when we bought it and when we tried to get out of it the amount was ridiculous so we have been paying for over 9yrs now got to a point where we could afford the buyout which we where told was gonna be $1100 then they added a $275 fee to remove any liens THEY!! would have put on our property for this rental and it came back with no lien so that was an extra $275 for nothing gouging at its best! This is my mother's company and she is being threatened to be taken to court. And they are gonna put a len on the house etc. This company is awful. Payments are on time (we have proof because it's an automatic withdrawal) and they are threatening to put a len on my mother's house for rental equipment. Because they are worried she will sell the house. According to the Ontario governments website what this company is doing is illegal. Google should allow for zero star rating!!!! Stay away from this company at all costs. Purchase your own water heater instead. I inherited a contract from the previous homeowner and now pay an outrageous amount for a unit that can’t even provide enough hot water for a family of four. They refuse to send e-bills, and the moment you miss a payment, they relentlessly harass you. I genuinely hope no one signs with this company again so that, once the existing contracts end, they’ll be forced out of business.
