They are not better business bureau accredited. Their products are garbage and so is the service. Like others I moved into a home that unfortunately came with the contract and am not trying to find out how to get out
Awful company. I inherited the water heater and contract when I purchased my house. The contract period ended a couple years ago but I still had to pay them month to month unless I paid a cancellation fee. When I inquired to cancel, they sent an quote with a $100 cancellation fee even though the contract period was over. They also tried to charge another $275 NOSI fee. This company is horrible to deal with! The one star reviews speak for themselves.
I would have to say without a doubt some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Was without hot water for a week and then was told they could get me a new hot water tank over a week later. Wasn’t until I said to cancel everything that they said they could get a new hot water tank installed the next day, but only if I signed a new 10 year “discounted” contract. Absolutely awful. Worst customer service I have ever received avoid this company at all costs.
