Don’t ever use this company! They put an insufficient system in, wouldn’t change it, harass about payments, even when they are already paid, but can’t find it in their system. Trust the crappy reviews, this company is terrible!

Horrible customer service. Bought a house who had a contract. 10 years became 15. Paid out our contract. They added another month although equipment has been out of our home. Nothing good to say. You get a response when they feel like it. And if they don’t like what you are saying they ignore you or hang up on you. And don’t expect regular bills. They come when they feel like it. Random increases. Rude customer service. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

I truly never leave bad reviews but I feel this is the last resort I have to express my frustration and warn other people about dealing with this company. On multiple occassions I have made it explicitly clear that I do not own the property or have any affiliation with the property that this company is calling me about. They keep saying there is a past due balance and I have requested on several occasions that they never call me again. I didn't have hot water for 13 days. I had to call again and again. Lots of downtime to get parts and service calls. To escalate to a manager took 8 days and then required "investigation" for another 24-48 hours. They took no responsibility and said it was my problem that their tech plugged the boiler into the same outlet as the ejector pump for my septic system (instead of the dedicated outlet) and caused a breaker to trip, the ejector pump to stop working and a water backup into my utility room. We had a problem with our heater, contacted Sand piper to get someone to come out. 3 days later we have a new water heater installed by Tony HVAC
