We have water heater units at our condo facility. This company does not respond to calls or requests..... no hot water for a week and they finally discover the tank must be replaced. I would not recommend this company....... very disappointed
I purchased a home that came with an existing lease for a water heater through Sandpiper. During the sale process, we encountered a major issue when a previously undisclosed lien was discovered at the last minute. This lien, tied to the water heater lease, nearly derailed the closing and had to be transferred to our name under significant time pressure.
