We had the same experience with a fire and this company trying to maintain automatic withdrawals. They said they would send someone out to see if the water heater was salvageable, to which they didn’t show up and still to this day try and make auto withdrawals. If you are dealing with them set up stop payments on your account. Just this morning they tried to auto withdraw over 2k from my account
I'm trying to buy a house that has their equipment, the responses were vague and un helpful so far. I'm working on to cancel their services and wouldn't recommend for anyone, because of the way they're treating my approach.
I would give 0. No responsibility, no accountability. Its been 3 weeks i called to fix my water heater as it was leaking. Nobody yet to call me.. called several times to follow up and dispatch team never called back. Worst company. Now I know why nobody recommends this company.. this is such a bad company.
This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Have been without hot water for 6 days.i have called numerous times and asked for a call back on when they will be fixing the water heater to no avail.i get to do it all again tomorrow and talk to my lawyer about breaking the contract
Don’t ever use this company! They put an insufficient system in, wouldn’t change it, harass about payments, even when they are already paid, but can’t find it in their system. Trust the crappy reviews, this company is terrible!
