I wish i could give 0 star for the guy that works here in the apartment parkings he always wanna put towing sticker on my cars even my car is in a parking spot of neighbors and they are cool with me parking in their spot but this guy have problems with that I was told “IT DONT WORK LIKE THAT “ but this guy have two of his vehicles in a 1 parking spot which is okay for him but not for us it should be same for everyone if you live in the same apartments and he should work somewhere else if he doesn’t like his job since he’s al... read more

I recently moved into Sandpiper Cove and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! The community is beautiful — the landscaping is well maintained and gives the whole property a peaceful, welcoming feel. The pool, clubhouse, and gym are fantastic amenities and make it feel like a little resort right at home. One of the best parts of living here is the manager, Trinity. I’m leaving 5 starts to say that this is the worst place you can live. They charge too much for a dirt hole of a place. When you move out they will charge you everything they can instead of use the huge deposit you put down. Where is the deposit going to then? Every thing in the plumbing leaked from day one. They not only charge for utilities that isn’t on the lease deal. They charge some tenets less than others as well as some pay for trash and some don’t. I talked to a lot of people. The apartment is very spacious and worth every penny. The complex is well maintained and kept clean!
