I lived here for 2 years. I paid a 1200 dollar deposit and when I moved there was no damage only normal wear and tear. They charged me for carpet cleaning dusting sweeping and mopping. Basically the normal things apartment complexes do to prepare the apartment for the next tenant. They charged me for unpaid utilities yet I just received a bill at my new residence for an unpaid utility bill. All in all I received a 29.00 check out of my 1200.00 deposit. This place is shady and they are thieves. Be aware!!!
I lived here for about a year and while i do appreciate the landlord letting us move in because we were homeless i would never let anyone i love live here. we were told there were no roches that’s so far from the truth in the summer the roches really come and you can’t walk to your car with out 20/30 running with every step you take. my apartment was in between two hoarders the landlord did nothing about it. one of the people shot a stray cat on my car and ask my husband to help him clean it up. the land lord is extremely ru... read more
Beware military folks: I'm stationed out of Beale and (30 dollar application fee mind you) I applied on a Monday. Called on Tuesday to see if everything was going well. No answer. Okay I guess no progress. I called Wednesday 3 times because I was desperate to lock somewhere in. All 3 calls no answer. Called Thursday morning, only for the manager to tell me they gave the apartment to someone else who had placed a $300 deposit. They swear they had told me before but I couldn't recall. Shady place. The leasing agent, after collecting our information and payment, disappeared without any further communication or assistance.
