I recently moved into Sandpiper Cove and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! The community is beautiful — the landscaping is well maintained and gives the whole property a peaceful, welcoming feel. The pool, clubhouse, and gym are fantastic amenities and make it feel like a little resort right at home. One of the best parts of living here is the manager, Trinity. I’m leaving 5 starts to say that this is the worst place you can live. They charge too much for a dirt hole of a place. When you move out they will charge you everything they can instead of use the huge deposit you put down. Where is the deposit going to then? Every thing in the plumbing leaked from day one. They not only charge for utilities that isn’t on the lease deal. They charge some tenets less than others as well as some pay for trash and some don’t. I talked to a lot of people. I moved into the a two bedroom apartment with my family. My girlfriend loves the new dishwasher which was installed before I moved in. I like the manager who works there because she understands all my concerns. We signed a one year lease with a deal the 13th month was free. The cabinets tops are update and the flooring is amazing. I love the space which we have in our unit. I don’t have any issues at all with the property. I would recommend this place to anyone.
