Had a couple day off season getaway here, and it was the best! Such a perfect location. The staff texted before arrival and helped schedule spa appointments for me at congress hall. Will definitely come back!
Ocean view suites, across the street from the ocean. Walking distance to Washington Street mall.

Very poor customer service. I pre-booked a two night winter weekend at the Sandpiper a few months before our stay. The week of our stay I noticed the price dropped $40. per night. When I called the front desk manager to get the price adjustment I was told there are no modifications to reservations 21 days before arrival. Also, if I try to cancel the original reservation and to rebook for the current rate I would loose my deposit. We felt no choice but to keep the reservation vs losing our funds.
