Eileen is great, however watch out for Lisa, she is very rude and likes to talk down on people, other people have told me about it and I didn’t think she’d be like this to me as well. When something doesn’t go her way or she doesn’t understand something she will try to talk to you like you’re 5. They won’t do any maintenance on time, and the pool hasn’t been cleaned in months, it has maggots, and smells like a porta potty. Besides that it’s not toooo bad

I have lived in probably 15 different apartment complexes in various cities, including New Orleans, and this is the loudest, noisiest one I've ever lived at. Sound travels a lot and people are just noisy, both in the complex and in the general area. People love to listen to themselves talk while they hang out in the stairwells. Car alarms in the neighborhood go off every day and there are lots of loud cars and revving engines in the parking lot that sound like they're in your living room. This was my very first apartment when moving to New Orleans! It was a very perfect spot just for one-two people. Very cute and cozy and very beautiful courtyard with pool. The parking is a little small, but manageable. Carol Ann & Lisa helped me get approved for this apartment and I am so thankful for them. The only reason I am moving is because I need more space. I wish I could bring along the wonderful staff with me. Maintenance is always on point with their stuff and are there within a flash if something goes wrong in you... read more
