The best living experience you'll find in Marysville. Very quiet neighborhood, everything you need is within walking distance, very affordable for features you get, and the landlord is very accommodating. Every time I had an issue I felt comfortable knowing that I could call or email them at any time and have it be resolved in a matter of a day.
When an issue could not be resolved in my apartment, management extended an offer for a 30~day vacate & were more than fair with compensating me. I’m very grateful to property management & corporate for how the situation was handled. Complex does not have controlled access, as stated; front gate does not lock & left propped open.
