If you have a dog don’t move here. They expect 0 noise at all times. “Quite enjoyment 24/7” my dog playing with a ball with my children is against that rule because he barks and has fun while doing it at 6 o’clock. The higher up management will breathe down your back. Put me upstairs with 4 kids and a dog. Glad I only signed a 6 month lease. If you’re single living you’ll do just fine here.
I’ve been a resident for 4 years now & I have become very comfortable here at Sandpiper Apts. it is a peaceful environment & the location is great especially for how affordable the rent is .
My friends live here and their units are very MOLDY!!
We had the worst experience living here. We were charged for a fire damages to the unit that was not our fault and the fire itself did not even take place in our unit. Plus, the floors are constantly wet and the walls are moldy. FYI, mold contributes to severe cognitive issues in kids and can cause Alzheimer’s in adults.
Expect the manager to not allow you to be outside with your kids after 7 PM. The laundry is a mess with broken washers and dryers. And also expect not to get your deposit back at all. And even pay more!! We lived here for 6 months and left very unhappy.
