Great location and maintenance is awesome. Not to mentioned the Manager is very knowledgeable, professional and always available to help.
Kaitlyn was amazing. Her customer service is top tier. She went above and beyond her job description.
The manager at Sunrise city, Kaitlyn, was extremely helpful today. She made sure I was able to set up my new account. She helped me set up my auto pay too. She's the sweetest manager we've had at this property.
Will be uploading pics continuously. Basic maintenance issues are ignored. One of these 5 star reviews and response are a conflict of interest as well Property Manager cooking the reviews to balance out the negative reviews instead of fixing things. (New) Termites infestation coming out of the floor in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Going on a 2nd month and the plague still going strong .
