This place has gone down hill ever since it switched from Scotia to AZ first. Management does not care about the people who live here. They would rather their tenants suffer in the heat than actually communicate or do anything about it. Management also loves to gaslight their tenants, saying that things will be fixed in a timely manner, but in the end months go by and nothing gets fixed or done. Edit: changed to 3 stars after response. I hope the management company has learned to check and maintain infrastructure much farther in advance, and to communicate with residents right away. I'm still not happy about the washers/driers. They were $1.75 and $1.25 previously, and are now $2 and $2. I guarantee no one likes the app more than having cash and card options. _______________ I have lived here over five years and have not had many problems until recently. No AC. No pool. NOT a gated community even though they advertise this. The gate hasn't worked in over a year and no one locks up the side gate either. Sketchy people always driving through and homeless stealing stuff. Nothing gets fixed timely or properly here. The gym bathroom is gross and laundry room is not cleaned. AZ first does this each year breaking tenant laws. They care more about money than managing a property.
