I live here. Great environment. Not a camping site.
This is a year round modular home community, that is run by Compass Communities. The homes are owned by their occupants and the land is leased. We pay monthly fees which include water, water testing, land tax and standard maintenance of the community. There are no frills i.e. community centre or events. Its a quiet community with mostly retired residents. Its only 7 min to either Port Hope or Cobourg and no more than the same to the Cobourg Hospital or the 401. We enjoy living here and the community manager is easy to reach.
