Owner was very rude to me when I spoke to her due to a misunderstanding on my end. For some context I’ve had this storage for over 10+ yrs & have NEVER missed a payment. Recently it had slipped my mind to make my payment and when I noticed this ,it was on Saturday night and they were closed. So of course I had to wait till Monday to rectify this issue especially since I had an item I desperately needed that night & the owner had already put a lock on my storage 1 day after my missed payment. Cannot complain of the customer service very happy with this storage.
I tried to rent a unit I called twice to ensure It was available I came back the next day and they had already rent it
Been a tenant for years. No complaints
