Really bad mechanic, I took my truck here three weeks ago to fix a leaky thermostat and they ended up charging me $250 and I still have the leak. My truck is also now overheating. My dad took his truck here four days ago as well in good faith, and they failed at diagnosing a noise that my dads truck is now making. My car broke down and I emergency stopped , and it just so happened to be right in front of their business. It was night time, and they were closed, they are right on the end of a residential neighborhood, one of the residents offered help and to keep a look out for my car overnight. I came back first thing in the morning with no appointment, and they serviced my vehicle. Replaced the intake, and didn't over charge me. I've gone back to them ever since. They feel like trustworthy family to me.
They kept my car for 4 weeks, stole things from my car which I reported and they did not offer me a refund for replacing things that shouldn’t have been touched! My gasket valve was leaking because of them and I was Car-less for 4 weeks with little to no response. I called multiple times as seen in the photos and they still did not answer. They are scammers, they drink while working on cars and lie about when it will be done. Set an appointment for a Friday at 8 a.m like a whole week ahead for a water pump . Waited for the day and showed up with a ride to drop the car off. I was there waiting until 8:45 and no one showed up or answered the phone. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people's time.
