Shame on this company. Loyal tenants for years and due to COVID we are unable to pay rent and they start default process. There is a global pandemic going on! Absolutely unbelievable. I wonder what the news agencies will think about this... Not to mention there is a national hold on any and all evictions.

They refuse to take care of their properties, leaving citizens with costly auto repair bills!
They do not take care of their access roads or parking lots . Several craters in the road in franklin near starbuck and Lowe’s they don’t care they just want the rent money
Your maintenance staff at 25th and Wabash are outside getting high as they are "working." The building is located in Terre Haute, Indiana. This type of conduct is highly unprofessional to say the least.
