Scott did a fantastic job sanding and refinishing our parquet dining room, as well as installing a new oak floor in our living room. His team was incredibly friendly and did a great job of communicating & cleaning up at the end of each day. My wife and I couldn't be more happy with the final product! Scott informed us that our aging parquet can't be sanded again due to its age, wear, and previous sanding, so we will be calling Scott again to do a maintenance coat sometime before 2035. Gave Scott my keys and went on my merry way out of town. Came back to beautiful floors. Great cleanup, quality service. Be mindful that this is a small business. Scott handled everything on his own therefore he may not respond immediately but does respond and actually shows up when promised !!! Positive experience.
I'd have to say they do phenomenal work very nice and respectful I'd highly recommend this place if you're looking into refurbishing your floors or installing your floors all around great business to deal with
Used this company to restore hardwood floors in West Park. I got a bill from them and had not even gotten to the house to review the work before I was threatened with a lien on the property within days of receiving a bill... I just recommended him to two different people and had to call them back and mention how unhinged and desperate this company must be. Inevitable liability - so taken off our lists moving forward and obviously not recommending.
Scott refinished all of the wood floors in my home and did an amazing job. They still look beautiful nearly 10 years later.
