Sandman flooring completed refinishing all of the wood floors in my upstairs just this morning and I could not be happier. They were prompt, professional, quickly communicated any delays or changes in plan, and did a wonderful job. The best part was, instead of having me try to pick a stain color from a tiny sample or website, they had me pick 3 that I liked and then put down large samples on my floors so that I could see which I liked best in real life! We had the first floor, stairway and small hallway completed by Scott and his crew in August, 19. Excellent workmanship, clean, punctual, reasonable $ and easy to communicate with.
Great job, very professional.
Bob did our work. He helped us choose the right stain for our floor and explained everything. Very hard and dedicated worker. Scott scheduled work when he said he would.
They work with you on color and finish, explained do's and don't of refinished floor. Did what they said they would do.
Friendly, courteous and excellant work. Only problem was a missed day because of misinformation. but everything ekse was great.
