Before booking, avoid the Columbia Tower rooms, especially if traveling with pets. My husband and I stayed at Sandman Signature Richmond for two nights with our two dogs to celebrate our anniversary. June 6, 2026 was a long day ending our cruise. We arrived at the airport about 5 hours early for an 11:50PM flight to DFW only to find out it was canceled. With the only flight they could put us on was the 11:50PM flight on June 7. This is where Jennyfer and Manager Kay went above and beyond for us. Due to a mistake we made on Expedia, we had to cancel a non-refundable reservation and rebook the correction with Expedia. Jennyfer really coached through the process.
