Good for a short stay or layover. You get what you pay for. The shuttle was extremely delayed.

Great hotel for me as I was moving back to BC from Ontario. I needed a place to live for a week until my possessions arrive. Super helpful staff. Service with a smile. Everyone loved my little dog, Twix. Two swimming pools - outdoor and indoor (water slide). Only caution is that it’s an older hotel and some of the rooms may not be clean (dirty carpet). I highly recommend this hotel.
We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, with a balcony offering beautiful city and mountain views (we stayed in the Columbia Tower #905). Plenty of space for the family of four. Complimentary bathrobes were a thoughtful touch. The front desk manager Kay was professional and incredibly helpful.
