After several attempts to get a copy of the invoice for my stay as was refused at check out, multiple messages through my booking provider and despite them messaging the hotel directly I still had to call the hotel at a cost of $3.20 per minute, was passed around, not helpful, argued with and challenged on my request asking to prove myself! L was rude, unhelpful, defensive and blunt, not the experience I hoped for or expected during my visit, I would not recommend this Hotel. I had a great experience at the Sandman Signature Vancouver Airport Hotel & Resort. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the location close to the airport makes it very convenient, especially if you’re traveling.
