We have stayed here twice this summer coming from Ontario. Both experiences were a 20 out of 10 good job team comfortable beds amazing food nearby and within the facilities I very much so would recommend this place to anybody travelling or just looking for a nice weekend away.
I had the pleasure of staying at the Sandman Hotel just over a week ago, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by the staff. Upon check-in, Ashleigh and Amy were very helpful, taking the time to recommend local restaurants, all of which exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and flavour. Stayed here for 3 nights while on a business trip. Check in and check out was really fast. Great location. You can get to the TCH in 5 minutes. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was big and spacious. I had a standard King. It had a table at the window which was a good space to set up and work. The only minor complaint is that, because it's such a large hotel, sometimes the elevator can be a bit of a wait. I'd stay here again and recommend it.
Right when we walk in we're greeted by Bailey who makes us feel like we're right at home. His local recommendations were awesome! He made our trip extra special and gave us a very warm welcome to St. Johns. Thanks again Bailey!
Great experience here. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly. Lots of food nearby. Also pet friendly! Gave us a little great bag for my chihuahua.
