Very poor customer service here. Absolutely terrible. Better to stay somewhere else in the city if you can.
I stayed at this hotel Oct 13th. Alone. Everything was great until 8 am a male housekeeper opened my door as i was naked drying off. I was so scared and upset. I reported it to front desk. The manager was off. The front desk lady was nice. But i never heard from the manager. I got a call a few house later from front desk saying they dealt woth the guy and i would receive a refund. I never did. And reached out several times. No response.
