Always a Joy to stay here , we pick it every single time where in town the service , rooms , and on-site dinning is fantastic. It also has one of the best pools weve been too and we've tried every hotel pool knowen to mankind . By far this hotel is the most comforting relaxing stay . Definitely 5 stars and the beds are amamzing !
Hotel itself was easy to find - guest services staff on checkin were excellent. I was traveling with a 6year old who was excited about the pool and elevators! Room was clean,beds were comfortable, soft and firm pillows! Bathroom however - a sliding barn door that wouldn't stay closed - maybe it was a room awaiting renovation but I don't think so - if you've ever traveled with kids - a bathroom door you can close is ki d of essential! The room was big and the beds were comfortable. Kitchenette was good. It was convenient. Easily made my family breakfast and even made steak for supper. Stayed two nights. Staff was friendly. Kids loved the slide, pool and hot tub. Only thing was the cleaning lady opened our door twice before our check out time. Overall was a good stay. Thank you.
We had a Celebration of Life for my mother including lunch and beverages. The service was top notch and Lisa co-ordinated the entire event with perfection. She provided all the details and available services. The entire experience was above and beyond. Such a relief in a difficult time. Much recommended.
