This is our absolute favorite place to stay when we are up near Edmonton. We have been staying here consistently since 2016, and will continue with this tradition. We even have family that prefers here too. The staff are great. Very courteous and kind. In all this time we have never run into an unfriendly person. When I left my favorite sweater there, they kept it for me even though I was not going to be back there in a while. They even laundered it. So yeah, this is our place. 🫶🏻
My family and I stayed here over the weekend and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were spotless, and the lobby is absolutely stunning. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again. A special thank you to Dimitry at the front desk, who helped us during check-out. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. Thank you, Dimitry!
