I have been coming to this hotel twice a month for the last year and a half. The reason I choose to keep coming back is so much more than just convenience and rewards. I truly feel valued as a client here. Since they have come to recognize me, I am greeted by name a lot of the time which of course is a great feeling. On top of that, they are always so accommodating of any request I have ever had - they even made note of my favourite room and do their best to ensure it's reserved for me. Esthetically it looks good but can hide alot under esthetics. Covers to piping are easily removable. There maintenance is not the greatest. On the 1st they had a plumbing issue which effected the whole building. I had to use a different provider. Your better off going for a provider that costs less and has a more reputable maintenance program. ** Update** Thanks for your response, however I stayed again on 02/26/26 and had the same issue with plumbing and water flow.
