Arrived at hotel 3 hours early and was able to switch rooms to one that was already clean and upgrade as the hotel wasn’t very busy on this day. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Simran provided excellent service, very detailed and organized. Front desk was very busy and he managed time and everyone’s needs very efficiently. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know!
