Amrik and Guruaran, gentlemen on the front desk were amazing. They gave exceptional service to us. Westjet flight was delayed and we had 24 hours before next available flight. They worked together to offer a late check out and options to store luggage, stay in the room and shuttle to the airport when we are ready. Thank you for being so compassionate and best service ever. Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Obviously it’s close to the airport so you can slightly hear the airplanes taking off and leaving, but it’s not bad at all.
We have come here three years in a row . This year. Karmela was extremely helpful in in checking us in and ensuring the best rate. We will be back. Always excellent service
I stayed at the Calgary Sandman Signature Calgary Airport Hotel and the staff went above and beyond. When checking me in I was greeted by a friendly smile from Kate. She made sure that I got all of my diamond member benefits, recommended dishes from the hotel restaurants and even asked if I would like a wake up call. Give this lady a raise!
