Definitely not what I would expect from a Sandman Hotel. There was no air conditioning, portable or otherwise and the windows would not open. Very stuffy and hot in the room. There was an oscillating fan but the base was broken and it would not stand up. As nobody is at the front desk from 11pm to 7am we could not call anyone. Quiet & Beautiful location, surrounded by mountains ,walking distance to town.
Good Location(for motor travellers), clean bathroom and sheets on bed, some staff good Bad Deceptive hotel management, poorly lit rooms, amenities, room lay-outs. Experience Was provided a room with no AC, when appproached, the response was strange- some rooms have AC and some don't. However, on insisting, we were provided with a portable AC taken from some other room. My Advice to Management- please do not sell rooms if they are not furnished, do not fleece travellers and guests.
The managers are super cool at this place. Great interesting and talented people. Grateful for a comfortable stay.
