Very disappointing to arrive and be told that my room won't be ready even at the ridiculous 4 pm check in time.. After an online chat and call with the booking agent, I was finally able to cancel my stay here. I got a room down the road. I understand staff issues but this was way too much to accept. The advertised on site restaurant doesn't exist either.
The manager name Juliet she was amazing she suggested us so many places near by and also she makes our stay very comfortable and the room was clean as well
For the price you can't go wrong, just need coffee refreshed
Run, dirty run down mold in bathroom tv doesn't work for a sandman it's pretty sad
