Extremely disappointing experience at Sandman Signature Vancouver Downtown. During my three-night stay, I discovered bed bugs in my room after spending two nights there, along with multiple bites. I have evidence of both. The hotel moved me to another room for my final night, but I requested a full refund given the circumstances. The rooms where great. Beds and pillows where perfect. From this location you can walk to many events and the Skytrain is a couple blocks. I did not use the parking, no comment.

We stayed prior to a Disney cruise leaving Vancouver Port the location wasn't super convenient but the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and modern-ish indoor pool waterslide was not working "not disclosed at booking" but overall not a bad experience

La ubicaci�n del hotel es buena. Las instalaciones est�n bien. Pero no volver�a. Ten�a contratado un desayuno ya que iba en un grupo. La primera ma�ana me sirvieron el desayuno con unas tostadas ya usadas, en mi caso ya untadas y en el caso de mi compa�ero de mesa con un bocado en la tostada donde se ve�an se�alados los dientes. No nos dieron explicaci�n ni soluci�n en el desayuno. El trato fu� malo incluso con voces altas. Muy decepcionada tanto por el trato como por el servicio. Esto ocurri� en julio de 2026.
