My room is clean and neat but the window lock is broken and the glass cracked. A hanger is being used to make sure no one can open the window as there is the roof of Denny’s right outside my window. I will advise management when I check out. Also, there is no room number at the door. All the rooms around it have a number. ??? I let the front desk know when I was checking out about the broken window lock. I was given $20 in Denny’s gift cards. Which was nice. But I think they should have discounted my room as well. Wow! I love staying at this location, Vicky at front desk helped me get the room I needed and an early check in, with short notice. And my room was in tip top shape, thanks to the awesome housekeeping staff (specifically Jennifer). Can’t wait to stay here again :)
