Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel seemed ok at first, with the exception that our whole room was vibrating/shaking slightly (especially the beds). We notified staff and they said your room is right beside the laundry room but it should stop shortly. Around 11pm we were ready for bed when we realized our room’s ceiling was dripping water. Amazing friendly helpful staff. Rooms are always immaculate!!! Love stating here.
Over all a pretty bummer experience for a 6 day stay. The amenities or lack there of.. No washer/dryer machines on-site! That was unheard of, coming from Las Vegas / USA. The on site market place had little to offer for snacks or drinks. Had no toothpaste or ibuprofen or any common items. The entire stay the property had no water to offer its customers. Getting anything had to have cash, couldn’t pay with debt or credit card. Would avoid staying again.
