Very pleased with the service, I needed a last minute room after spending the day at the hospital with a loved one. They gave me an exceptional rate, and upgraded me to a spacious suite when I arrived. Very grateful.
The mattress and pillows were the best!! In fact Hilda Nash, the Executive Housekeeper, was kind enough to give us one. What a kind gesture on her part. She went out of her way to answer our questions.
I’m disappointed. I booked my room with this hotel specifically based on the room descriptions that state a ‘tub with shower’ and the photos that clearly show a bathtub. When I checked in I was told I had been upgraded but I wasn’t worried because the website showed that these rooms had tubs as well. I dropped off my bags and went out to an event for the evening. Dashmeen was a very respectful front counter person. Very helpful and helped me through my struggles of booking a room. Brought pillows to my familys’ room and woke us up on time.
