I’m disappointed. I booked my room with this hotel specifically based on the room descriptions that state a ‘tub with shower’ and the photos that clearly show a bathtub. When I checked in I was told I had been upgraded but I wasn’t worried because the website showed that these rooms had tubs as well. I dropped off my bags and went out to an event for the evening. Dashmeen was a very respectful front counter person. Very helpful and helped me through my struggles of booking a room. Brought pillows to my familys’ room and woke us up on time.

Arrived and welcomed by the manager Nayeem, professional and courteous. Identified me as a loyalty customer and treated me as such. Perfect first impression
Location is great, right beside the Trans Canada Highway but far enough away that noise isn't an issue. Front desk staff is attentive and friendly. I received a (much appreciated) free room upgrade. Rooms are clean, modern and well maintained. Beds are comfortable. There is a 24 hour Denny's Restaurant attached and a Moxie's restaurant and bar about 10 steps away. This place has it all!
