Awful. The hotel is under renovation & I get that. But the room was awful. Dirty & stained carpet. Window drapes stained and torn. Wallpaper blistering and ripped in several spots. Breakfast items a joke. Clerk took a security deposit that cleared my bank and then attempted a second try on a different unit before I challenged him with the bank notification of the first transaction. Khadidja was absolutely fantastic! She made us tell welcome from the moment we arrived and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. The hotel was great as well, with a comfortable atmosphere.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks in large part to Khadidja. Her service was exceptional, she was kind, welcoming and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself is excellent, a comfortable atmosphere, and wonderful service. Truly an outstanding experience!
