Justin was a great guest manager. Took care of us and even helped get late night coffee. Fantastic service. This guy made our night!!!
I stayed here recently and had a really positive experience! I’d especially like to mention Justin, who was very attentive and helpful to my friends. Although he didn’t assist me directly, hearing about how well he treated them left a great impression on me too.
Thank you Justin for the incredible experience! Went above and beyond for us to have the best possible visit. Would recommend the hotel and Justin's service everyday!
Service was really nice. Prableen helped us with check in and shared all details.
I had a wedding block there last weekend. Many of my guests mentioned several fire alarms going off, people getting beat up in the room above them, and the front desk not doing anything about it. Many of my guests were scared to stay there. Don't go.
