We stayed at the London location and had a room that was dirty, wallpaper that was pealing stains on the carpet, stained and ripped curtains,one dead cockroach ln the bathroom. The room vile. We will never stay in a Sandman hotel again.
I had a great stay last night. I was really tired, and I felt that I was starting to be very stressed. However the staff were calm, collected and so proffesional, I was very impressed. Thank you Sandman Hotel and Suites.
this was a filthy place!!! you can tell they cut corners in their cleaning. bugs(centipedes , spiders) coming out of dirty holes in the wall. Floors are definitely not vacuumed and had huge repulsive stains. definitely never steam cleaned… like Never . Breaker blew and was asked If I quickly turned on the lights when i walked in .. clearly a big no no.. The sketchy people hanging around this area is very uncomfortable.
