1 star review due to being located next to a drug addict shelter. It was very unsettling to see groups of people fenty folding at all hours of the day. Although the room was pleasant, I woke up with bed bug bites. The staff were very friendly, it’s just unfortunately located in a sketchy area.
Excellent stay at Sandman Hotel London! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the facilities were great. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. A special thanks to Fredy for the exceptional customer service and making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
