Nothing but good stuff to say about the staff and hotel. Two in particular, Yi, and also the kind lady who works at the front desk, have been super accommodating and helpful throughout all my stays.
Excellent check in experience. Smriti was very hospitable at check in. Made our day by arranging rooms together with my family friends. Room was ready at check in. Hotel is conveniently located in downtown, near by the venue of our gathering. Really enjoyed our stay. We got to learn that hotel is undergoing renovation. We were assigned on fourth floor which is yet to be renovated. Hope to be back in a renovated room next time.
This was our first time staying in Sandman. The checkin process was smooth- Smriti the front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were also very clean.
Would not reccomend. (DO NOT STAY IN THIS LOCATION, DID NOT FEEL SAFE) Cons: - wallpaper falling off wall - toilet cracking -uncomfortable bed -personal safety feels like a big issues in this area -terrible pull out couch, can feel the springs in your back -lampshade breaking apart and falling off -missing door between King bed room and TV room -countless sirens through out the night -in the sketchiest part of London Pros: - good water pressure
