Very disappointed with our stay. We stayed in a “family room“. I would expect that the kitchenette would have a few dishes in it and some cutlery, but there was nothing.You can tell that this room was basically a normal room and they took out the sofa, couch and put in two twin beds. In my mind, a family room should have some supplies in the kitchen because it’s obvious that you’re there with kids. Not even a spoon to stir your coffee. カルガリー空港からバンフへの移動途中に訪問しました。周囲に飲食店もあり便利です。ホテル内も清潔。日本からの飛行機の都合で深夜に到着しましたが、併設されているレストラン デニーズがあり助かりました。チェックイン、チェックアウトの際のスタッフの対応も迅速かつ丁寧でした。
