We had a wonderful vacation in Calgary. The Sandman Hotel Calgary West was conveniently located for our plans. Everyone at the hotel was courteous and professional. It was an extra benefit to have a Denny’s restaurant attached to the hotel. Melissa was exceptionally pleasant and helpful and it was a pleasure meeting her. Employees like Melissa make you comfortable and add a touch of home when you are far away. Keep up the outstanding work. Very nice hotel, king suite is fabulous with lots of space and a kitchen. The separate living room and bedroom are ample sized and comfortable.
Joseph the front desk staff was so kindhearted and never hesitated to help us out. Thank you for making our stay pleasant!
