The woman at the front desk, Melissa, was incredible! She was so kind and very helpful, making sure everything went smoothly! It was a very pleasant experience.
The service at check-in was good. Location was good and main floor perfect for our dog. The room however was run down, not a proper faucet on “kitchen” sink and NO hot water. Banging from area above us and a high pitched whine sound from top part of window … definitely not worth what we were charged
I dont usually leave feedback but I felt I had to share the wonderful experience I had with Melissa at the front desk. I'm here visiting under sad circumstances, unfortunately, but Melissa has made this such an easy and comfortable experience. She is compassionate and empathetic, and went above and beyond to help me in a couple different situations already. Customer service exceeded any expectations I had. Thank you, Melissa.
