We stayed here for what was originally going to be one night, because the employee said they were fully booked the following night, so we were prepared to find another hotel. I went and asked one of the employees, named Morgan if she could do anything to help us extend our stay. She offered a 1pm check out to accommodate was which was so nice!! Stayed 2 nights and overall for the price it was fine. Positives were the pool and hot tub which were clean. Location was very convenient with easy major roads access and stores like Walmart, T&T and Costco very nearby. Only thing that was sub-par was our bathroom which was showing its age; fan cover was very dirty and had to be opened to avoid loud rattling. Staff were all courteous and helpful.

We had a disappointing stay due to a few key issues. We requested towels since our room wasn’t serviced, and while we were told they’d arrive in 5–10 minutes, it actually took over an hour. This was especially inconvenient with little ones waiting and no clean towels available. We had also asked for a crib to be set up before arrival, but it wasn’t in the room.
