Great stay. Delivered as advertised. Was looking for a quality sleep on the way back to Alberta from Vancouver Island, got there at 1:30am, only to realize my booking was 3 weeks off (google had reset my search to default dates and I didn't catch it as I booked the room). Venus, the night auditor on duty was very helpful and was able to sort out the booking like a pro. Great customer service. Would stay again on a future trip.
Nice overall. Some water damaged base boards in the washroom. Nice large room with kitchen and Lage living area.
Great rooms, they even have a washer and dryer in the rooms if needed 🤷🏽
We arrived early due to our cruise docking early. They got us in our room 3 hrs before check in. Check in was fast and friendly. Room was a kitchenette room with a balcony. Very spacious. Clean except carpet had stains. Would definitely stay here again. Sandman does a fantastic job.
