It was very hard to navigate channels on TV. We had a king bed but they had tiny pillows on it. A king bed should have bigger pillows. The bedroom was tiny . There was only 1 bedside table . Which is weird. The bed is scruched in a little room with a huge dresser. And 1 bedsidetable. Doesn't work. Needs some love. Starting to show it's age.

Dear [Manager’s Name / Customer Relations], On September 5, 2025, around 10:00 p.m., I had an unfortunate experience while checking in at your front desk. A female staff member (name withheld) was serving other guests—including hostesses and pilots—before us. She greeted them warmly, with a smile and professional hospitality. I cannot recommend this hotel—especially if you’re traveling with kids or family. One of the biggest red flags was that there were homeless tents set up right on the property. It wasn’t just nearby—it was actually on the hotel grounds and the hotel staff didn’t seem concerned or willing to do anything about it.

King room suite was great. Bed comfy and clean. Bathrooms clean with ample water and pressure. Kitchenette had lots of dishes etc. Comfy chairs in the living room as well. Great deal as this was a last minute stay. Would stay again when in Abbotsford

Massive room! the hotel has very central and safe location, lobby is luxurious and staff is superb!!
