The room was ok. It was showing some age and damage. The staff were great and the location is excellent.
I rarely give a review. But the two workers on staff last night were “above and beyond” - both Sukhman and Harjot. I sustained a back injury a few years ago which requires me to sleep on a very firm bed. They did not rest until they made sure that I was set up to accommodate this, and not only were they super helpful & kind, but they were determined to figure out an answer. Always my go to hotel in Abbotsford. Great staff special shout out to Charlene in laundry very helpful.
Staff was very helpful Palak whent above and beyond making sure we got a room that had space for a crib. Hotel was clean and comfortable at a good price would definitely stay here again.
