The front desk staff was very kind. I had a ski injury and they changed my second room floor to the main floor without hesitation. The room was nice and had everything we needed.
Sandman hotel Revelstoke was an absolute privilege to stay. After a long ride from Calgary they allowed us an earlier check in that accommodated us perfectly. Denny’s next store turned out to be a good place to eat. The pool and hot tube helped us relax. Great place to stay thx Sandman. Robert Muirhead
Mostly good, hot tub a nice perk. Room comfortable, included functional if old school kitchen. Coffee and tea in the lobby. Great location. Only problems were inconsistent hot water in the shower and that the toilet seemed to be failing...it improved a bit after housekeeping visited, and staff assured us they'd send maintenance right away when we reported continued problems at checkout.

EXTREMLEY DIRTY! The second bed had someones hair clip and bottle cap in it from the previous stay!! The floors were so dirty you needed to wear shoes inside the room at all times. The spare blanket and pillow stunk so bad of dog and had dog hair on them we had to ask for new ones! Clearly the staff are lazy and dont care about the state of their hotel! HORRIBLE!
