Not at all happy with this place. What sort of management closes the swimming pool mid-summer for scheduled maintenance? Their prices sure didn't adjust for that surprise. Rediculous. This place is old and dated in all aspects.Bagged out beds, 25" TVs, and a rickety scary old elevator that has so much grime on the buttons you cant make the #s out.Good luck getting any sleep with AC units from the 70's squealing and howling all night long.Will never stay here again.
Room was OK but the carpets looked like they needed a thorough cleaning. Comfy beds but only basic amenities and nothing special. The real pain in the butt issue were key cards not unlocking doors - definitely needing an upgrade in this regard. Great access to the pool area, but with a/c units dumping so much heat into the atrium, made it muggy and uncomfortable. Wouldn't have booked here personally without a special rate as there are other better places for the same price.
Hotel and rooms as a whole needs some maintenance and upkeep. Elevator constantly felt like it was gonna break. We believe there was an internal leak in the shower faucet wall causing the carpet outside our bathroom door to get soaked. We found long black hairs on our pillow upon check-in. Staff seemed unfamiliar with hotel policies and local community programs.
Where do i start!!! Room smelled so bad. The bathroom was covered in mold (ceiling, walls, baseboards, shower tiles, shower curtain) The carpet was soaking wet. The air conditioning barely worked. The drink machine ate my coin. No towels for the pool. The was my second stay and will be my last. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else.
