Outstanding Customer Service Turned a Mistake Into a Loyal Customer I don’t often write hotel reviews, but the management, Megan K, at the Sandman truly earned this one. Our room wasn't ready at check in so they moved us to a less desirable room.
My 3-day stay was absolutely amazing—it truly felt like a relaxing staycation. The room is comfortable, and perfect in every way. The staff were friendly .Junard, the hotel manager, was very kind and friendly, and he helped us with our booking and some itineraries. I can’t wait to come back! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Stayed three nights. My room got the morning sun, was super hot. Had to keep airconditioner on at all times. My room was also next to the stairs so I could hear everyone walking up or down. There were little kids running the halls at midnight. Next time I will request room not next to families or stairs.
