Last minute check into this hotel due to motorcycle break down an hour out of town. 2 adults. Can only get one door card because there is a shortage of cards. Security door nearest our room for unloading our luggage does work. We have to lug our bags the long way around. AC unit has "check filter" code. Tub faucet is stuck on shower mode. Front desk offered to let us cancel our reservation. We are stuck here because the broken down motorcycle is in the shop. Not an option to move tonight. The interior looked upscale with probably recent renovations, but our room door was a tough open and the bathroom tub was chipped making it look cheap. Came in after a good rain and there was a big puddle right at the front door, wish they'd have done something about it. Otherwise, a decent stay- but be aware as you're by the railroads there's a chance of loud trains
Friendly hotel staff, which is always appreciated! We chose this hotel because they're dog friendly :) The bonus is that it is a great location! We didnt eat anything here but I loved that Denny's was 24/7 and attached to the hotel. I'd stay here again just for that!
Not accessible - travelled with a stroller (and multiple bags including pack and play etc for baby) and my dog who was recovering from spinal surgery, both which were difficult to carry up the ~15 stair staircase to the second floor where our room was. This should be better advertised and at the very least staff at the front desk should offer to assist with bags proactively and not just when they see their guests struggling to get to their room.
