It's a nice place to spend your night
We enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the pool was nice! The breakfast was okay, not very many options for protein though.
We received a friendly greeting at reception, from I think a Korean staff member? Kudos to her, she was courteous and made us felt welcome at the same time. The rooms were functional, but lighting was a bit dim, along with dark carpet made the whole room felt a bit dingy. A brighter flooring and more warm lighting would have been better. The continental breakfast was $7, and features the usual fixings with hardboiled eggs as the protein option
The receptionist (Simer) walked us through everything smoothly and made us feel welcome. Effortless check-in, friendly front desk—what a relief after a long journey
Nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Had everything we needed for our visit to castlegar. Desk employees were very proud of castlegar, suggesting places to visit etc.
