Ruchika at the front desk was great to deal with Rooms very clean Building outside shows its age. But room was good
I stayed here with my friends and Ruchika checked us in she is very accommodating and helpful while check in .Her smile made my day i will definitely come again.
Great service from Ruchika during a very trying trip. She was amazing
Was charged $160 for a room I never stayed in. Called several days ahead to cancel the room. Went to get a refund and was denied. Terrible customer service and I will never be booking at this hotel again.
