Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We did not receive the rooms we had specifically requested, and despite checking in early and asking about alternatives, staff refused to move us. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for a good night’s sleep. The rooms were also very warm, making it difficult to get comfortable. Front desk staff was courteous, room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, and appreciated especially the amenities in room such as fridge and microwave. The best feature of the hotel is the 24 hour airport shuttle. The indoor pool was good but the hot tub was out of order and the pool bathroom was very dirty. There was also excessive noise in the hallway due to unruly guests.
