Our flight got cancelled at the last minute and Amrik helped us a lot starting from pick up from airport to providing us room within minutes.
Honestly, the hotel is great. The nice person who checked me in upgraded me to the newer wing and it is really nice. My only beef is the stupid television that is older than dirt and is more akin to a radio than a television. The screen is nearly completely black. I know...Calgary is a great town and I should be out exploring... A huge shout out to the housekeeping staff! They are wonderful!
Rooms always hot. Shuttle service unreliable.
It was awful. We arrived at the Calgary airport after a three hour delay at just after three am. Called to order our shuttle ....their driver called in sick. Ended up getting an Uber for 60$. Not impressed. Got to the hotel just shy of 4 am . Checkout is 11 and I basically had to plead for an extension, the gave us till 2. Not coming back.
