First and only time we will stay at this hotel! Location was good. Room was not properly clean. There was garbage and other debris located behind the bench in the room. Looked like stuff was sprayed all over the front of the dresser and not cleaned up. The wall was dirty by the TV. I went for a shower and after I was already in the water I seen previous guests snot stuck to the shower curtain and the wall plus hair on the faucet. Room wasn't the cleanest, Towel had a strange smell Bathroom wasn't fully clean on check in No water on premise Staff service okay Tea at the bottom is crazy hot can burn your mouth
The wife and I stayed here on september 11th this place is pet friendly witch was great. However it was so hot in the room at night. That my wife and I could not sleep and the dogs. We had the air conditioning on all night and the little door shut. We notified the front test the next day and they sent the maintenance guy. Richard, who was fantastic and very friendly. The only negative was the shower grout being a little aged. Great value for the money and room was nice. Cleaning staff did a great job. Karmela at the front desk was very helpful.
