Clean and comfortable. Not too fr from the airport. Front desk and shuttle service are mediocre at best. I was left waiting at the airport for 1h between nobody picking up the phone and the shuttle service being 40m later than promised. I had to call twice because they had forgotten about me. The shuttle to the airport is not frequent at all, just once an hour.
The hotel's facilities are quite complete and it's very convenient to check in. Rajwant was very friendly when we checked in and the process was very quick.
Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, but ultimately our stay was disappointing. We arrived to our first room and it was dirty, so we requested a room change. Staff were very accommodating and moved us immediately and upgraded our room. The second room was also dirty — none of the surfaces had been wiped and there were sticky rings on all the tables.
