My car was taken in on time per the appointment. The issue was taken care of in a timely manner, and we were soon on our way. They always treat us as a priority, and not just a number. I would recommend this dealership, and shop to everyone.
Very unprofessional and their customer service is no good. They never answer their phones and when they do they are rude and distasteful. DONT RECOMMEND AND DONT COME HERE
Buyer Beware – Dishonest Dealer I purchased a 2024 GMC Sierra from Sandman Bros in Shelbyville, IN, and I strongly caution anyone from doing business with them. They used a false trade-in tax credit to make the deal work on paper. While in the F&I office, I specifically asked them to confirm that the taxes were correct before finalizing.
