This is the worst place in Decatur, AL Ivy is very unprofessional. This place needs to be under new management asap.
This place is downright filthy. Roaches are everywhere you can’t cook, eat, or even sit down without worrying about them crawling out. No matter what you do, the smell of weed hangs in the air 24/7, seeping into your clothes and furniture. It’s not just once in a while it’s constant, like the building itself is marinated in smoke. have been living in this apartment complex(Building B6 apartment #804) since October 2024 and I stopped paying the rent last month in April when the landlord or whoever in the office said they wouldn’t switch Me to a different apartment since the crackheaded upstairs neighbors let their little kids run around upstairs(as early as 5am until 4am the next day) knowing damn well it’s people living beneath them(in the Apartment leasing contract it says something about Noise etc.also the apartments are definitely Bug/cockroach inf... read more
My son lived here for 6 months and he moved soon as he could. This place is very nasty bug infested. It look us 3 days to clean the place so he could even move IN and you can for get about maintenence. And there were several shootings around while he lived. I do NOT recommend living here.
