Juan was wonderful. Whe had a very positive experience
No bueno! Go an oil change, 4 quarts $100, and after credit card surcharge almost $110. Just $20 shy of costing the same amount as an oil change at BMW. They should be ashamed of themselves! Customer service was decent.
I’ve never had a good experience with Sandlin Motors. Anytime I’ve looked into getting a new vehicle, they’ve never been willing to really work with me. Most recently, I went in for a simple oil change and was told beforehand that I could use my wife’s Chevy Rewards points to cover it. But on the day of the appointment, my wife was suddenly told that their rewards system was “down” and we had to pay out of pocket instead.
