I brought my Chevy Silverado 2021 to this location out here in mt pleasant Texas. I broke down last Thursday and I’m still waiting here for an answer. Nobody had the courtesy to give me a call to let me know what’s going on. I had to walk from the hotel out here and I’m sitting inside my truck waiting that somebody can come and help me out.

I was told recently by Josh Herron that they "aren't in the business of buying cars" when discussing trading in a vehicle. This was after being rude with absolutely ZERO customer service. I definitely will never even consider them again for future auto purchases.
