I had a great experience as a realtor working with Sandlin Homes. They were great at communicating and helping us get to closing, we closed one week early too! Stay away if you don't want home issues. Sandlin will not warranty their work. The kitchen cabinets warp, and blame the weather. The flooring isn't level, and we hear noises as we walk. The irrigation is horrable, but its all to "code" we've been in this house less than 6 months. Scam of a company. Theres a reason why they arnt well known
