We had our furnace make a loud Howler Monkey sound and called in someone we had used before and told us we needed a new furnace. I then called Sandlin for another opinion and Jeff came out and checked furnace out and explained why we needed an induction motor and not a new furnace. The difference was over $5000 in cost for us, He showed us why the heat exchanger was perfect and a video example of one that had gone bad. Highly recommend! I contacted Sandlin for a quote on a new furnace after getting the news from another company that my furnace was toast. On hearing my recounting of events, Jeff with Sandlin decided to get his tools instead and take a look. Turned out a replacement part was all that was needed, for less than $500 total, on Christmas Eve no less, my furnace was back to functional.
