I came to a Chevy house to get my truck diagnosed and fixed. After I spent the 176.00 diagnoses fee, I’m then told I will have to come back to get it fixed they did not have part. I would not have thought to much about this but everyone in waiting room was told same thing no parts. Is this your dealership way to make more money, to have customers pay twice for labor. I will not be back to your dealership for any repairs in the future. I will be sure to tell all my friends of the way that things are done at Sandlin Motors.
Honest people. I drive past several other dealerships to use Sandlin. They offered a reasonable trade in, and the people are friendly. They treat you like a long term repeat customer. Most other dealerships treat it like a one time sale and their goal is to maximize their profit at your expense. Highly recommend.
