I have had some negative experiences in the past here, but recently went in to have my daughter checked out. Pleasant surprise I must say. We did see a nurse practitioner, but she was knowledgeable and took the time we needed to explain everything. I think the entire visit was only 30 minutes!! We will go back based on this positive experience.
I absolutely love this office and all of the staff!!!! They have always treating us very kindly and in a very timely manner. We use to take our kids to separate office in Rockwall, which is out of our way and the kids hated it. Never saw the same doctor and they knew nothing about you there. This office is totally different. My kids love Dr George and Dr Julie Brisco. They know each of the kids by name and remember them every time them come in. And Dr Charla is great. I was torn on how to rate them. We have been going to them for over 10 years and we love Charla and Julie. They would get 5 stars. However, I recently switched because you can never get in to see anyone. They are understaffed. My husband even though they no longer take his insurance chose to stay with them. Until today. He needed an appointment and didn't specify who he wanted to see just that he needed an appointment. Bonnie was quick to tell me that they have no openings.
