Absolutely terrible. I walked into this place and the manager gave me the index finger and rudely told me to sit as if she was talking to an animal. Very rude and obviously discriminatory in whom they want as clients.

These people are most helpful and patient with amateur travelers. I will be their customer forever.
I have called twice for a trip to South Korea, I have been told that their international coordinator, I'm paraphrasing, would email me. Still waiting.
