Tried to charge me $675 for a cleaning and refused to honor a promotional service when charging insurance was not an available option. Definitely don’t care about the patient or the relationship, will only value you if you’re billable. Update: In reply to the comment, the dependency for the promotional service was never explained prior to the visit, nor was the offer to reschedule provided over the phone call. Been coming here for 2 years, got my Invisalign treatment here. Everyone single person here is wonderful and receptive and so so good at what they do. Dr. Sachar is the only dentist I will always blindly trust.
Sachar Dental is always a great experience. From day 1 it was clear Dr Sachar and Dr Osterman are super talented. I had a tooth issue and Dr Sachar quickly and effectively addressed it. Terrific dental practice. The receptionist is very courteous and friendly. The hygienist is also, and did a very thorough cleaning. Dr. Sachar did a check up. She runs a tight ship and it shows. Great dental practice.
