Tried to charge me $675 for a cleaning and refused to honor a promotional service when charging insurance was not an available option. Definitely don’t care about the patient or the relationship, will only value you if you’re billable. Update: In reply to the comment, the dependency for the promotional service was never explained prior to the visit, nor was the offer to reschedule provided over the phone call.
